If you have been offered something for free on the internet, you might want to grab them with both hands. While such good gifts are rare, the best things in life are still free. And then there is the bonus convenience of it all. Who knows what you can do with your free Instagram followers without survey obligations once you get to work on your platform. And therein lies the rub. While the best things in life may be free, there’s still work to be done to ensure that the free perks work in your favor.
I realize, of course, that you are all so very busy. And you are anxious to start putting some meat on the bones of your social media order. So here’s what I’m going to do. I’m just going to pepper you with a few ideas on how you can beef up your Instagram platform, with or without those free followers, and all the productive bells and whistles it should contain. You are posting, right? So write descriptive captions. And you are still networking, right, so get it right with leading influencers in your niche area.
Also, set aside time to get rid of all the clutter and mumbo-jumbo you really don’t have time or space for right now. This could happen if you’ve gleefully accepted freebies without any thought of what lies beneath it. You see, while the best things in life are free, there’s no debate about this, there are those other things that come with a catch or two. And then you’re trapped. But not necessarily for life. There are always ways and means to get you out of a jam. And you can prepare the way.
Spend time on admin work. One of the regular tasks will be that of editing your tags. Also, it may be necessary to adjust your platform’s settings from time to time. And what about this? And if you love the idea of being creative then you’re surely going to love this work. You’ll love spending time on your platform developing a visual image that is uniquely you. The reaction you want goes something along these lines. Hullo, hullo, what have we here? Got to have a look. And well what do you know, this is something I’ve got to tell my pals about.
And that’s the spirit, the end result you’re looking for. So, when you’re approached with freebies, and fingers crossed, they will come, do take a cautious approach. Take the line that you really don’t need extra followers right now. Of course you do, but that’s just saying to make the point. If the message is hazy or blurry, you might want to drop it. Or if it’s been made very clear to you, don’t be afraid to ask questions. Actually, I still prefer it if you buy some, and then work some. That’s a better guarantee of success down the line.
